• DEA of the economic law (major), University of Lille 2 (France) 1985.
• Diploma of business law, university of Dakar, major, (Senegal) 1984.
• Master degree in private law (major), university of Dakar (Senegal) 1983.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
1992 - 2004   Former Lawyer at the bar of Lille (France) and registered with the bar of Nouakchott (Mauritania).
1996 - 2010   Professor at University of Lille.2 (France), Gaston Berger University of Saint Louis (Senegal), and at Legal and economic Faculty of Science University of Nouakchott (Mauritania).
1999 - 2001   Director of legal Department of the Mauritanian Bank for the International Trade (BMCI).
2004 - 2007   Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic.
2004 - 2010   President of the council of Administration of the Port Autonomic of Nouadhibou (Mauritania).
2007 - 2009   Ambassador, Director of the African Affairs, in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
